Cartwright School District Special Services is committed to providing support to staff in meeting the needs of all children in the classroom. It is our task to provide programs appropriate for all levels of ability. This department strives to address the concept of education in the least restrictive environment by providing supplementary aids and services designed to assist students with disabilities as well as exceptional learners to participate in and experience success in the Cartwright curriculum.  The goal of special services is to implement this philosophy into practice for students with disabilities and gifts and talents.
